Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments at our discretion, including for medical unsuitability. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments. In the event of an adverse outcome, we will provide appropriate follow-up care in line with our duty of care.
